The store delivers your items to an address outside the EU directly, by air (courier).

Step 1: Order your Items
Order your items online and choose direct international shipping.

Step 2: Collect the required export documents

• A. Commercial Invoice

• B. Proof of Delivery (POD)

Step 3: Submit your VAT refund claim
Register your invoice in your vatfree.com account as a CARGO-Receipt so we can start the refund process. We’ll ask you to upload copies of your invoice, confirmation of shipment and proof of delivery during the registration of your claim.
